Followers. Likes. Views. Shares. Comments. Subscribers. Age. Weight. Income. Rankings. Engagement. And somewhere along the way, it became frighteningly easy to confuse those numbers with something they were never qualified to measure: our worth.

The problem isn't that numbers exist. Numbers can be useful; they give us information and help us understand what is reaching people and what isn't.
The problem begins when information becomes identity.
A post gets 20 views instead of 20,000, and suddenly we feel invisible. Someone else gains followers faster, and suddenly we wonder whether their voice matters more. People leave. Engagement drops. A project doesn't perform the way we hoped.
Before long, a number has stopped telling us what happened and started telling us what we're worth.
That's the lie.
Your reach and your value are not the same thing.
Your popularity and your purpose are not the same thing.
Somebody else's applause—or absence—does not get to rewrite what God says about you.
