YOU - Are the Miracle

Sometimes the greatest miracles do not arrive with thunder, flashing lights, or an instant change. Sometimes the miracle is simply that you survived what was meant to break you.

There were many seasons in my life when nothing seemed to go right. I felt like a failure, a misfit, and a lost soul. I carried pain, dysfunction, disappointment, and broken pieces that made me question whether I had any purpose at all.

But I am still here.

Every hardship I endured taught me something. Every setback strengthened me. Every broken piece became part of the woman I am today.

I used to believe those pieces proved that I was damaged. Now I see that God has been using them to build strength, compassion, wisdom, and purpose in me.

I am not a failure.I am not forgotten.I am a survivor.

And I am the miracle.

I keep coming back to the idea that healing is rarely one dramatic moment. It is often a series of small decisions: tell the truth, ask for help, set a boundary, check on someone, try again tomorrow. That is what this post brings to mind for me.

There is a difference between reading something and letting it change how we show up for people. YOU - Are the Miracle is a good reminder to notice what is happening beneath the surface, especially when someone is struggling to put their experience into words.

One thing I appreciate about YOU - Are the Miracle is that it does not ask us to look away from uncomfortable truths. Awareness matters, but awareness should lead somewhere—toward compassion, safer choices, stronger boundaries, and support.

One line of thought from the post that especially deserves reflection is this: Sometimes the greatest miracles do not arrive with thunder, flashing lights, or an instant change.
