14-Day Beta Testing Mission Guide

Mission Accepted. Welcome, Beta Angel.

If you are reading this, you have answered the call and accepted the Patchwork Angels™ 14-Day Beta Testing Mission.

For the next 14 days, you will help us explore, test, and strengthen the Patchwork Angels™ mobile app. Every mission you complete, every problem you uncover, and every honest observation you share adds another stitch to the quilt we are building together.

This is more than simply opening an app. You have accepted an active assignment: test with purpose, report with honesty, and help us prepare Patchwork Angels™ to serve the people who will one day depend upon it.

We are Patchwork Angels™—called to serve, united in purpose, and committed to carrying the light of Jesus into places where people need support, healing, and hope.

Your mission has begun.

Your Beta Testing Daily Assignment

Each day, you will receive a new Beta Angel Mission. Your assignment may ask you to explore a particular area of the app, test a feature, complete an activity, follow a specific pathway, or observe how the app responds.

Your mission is to:

Use the Patchwork Angels™ app actively and intentionally.
Complete the assigned daily mission.
Pay attention to what works and what does not.
Identify bugs, errors, confusing instructions, or broken features.
Consider accessibility, readability, navigation, and ease of use.
Share honest, specific, and constructive feedback.
Submit your daily Beta Angel Check-In.

We do not expect perfection from a beta version. Finding problems is part of the mission.

You will never lose credit for respectfully reporting something that is broken, confusing, frustrating, or difficult to use. Honest feedback helps us build a stronger app.

1. Daily Participation and Mission Bonuses

Simply opening the app does not complete your daily mission or qualify for rewards.

To earn your Daily Activity Bonus, you must:

Complete at least one meaningful beta-testing activity;
Complete the day’s assigned mission when one is provided; and
Submit your official Beta Angel Check-In for that day.

Daily Activity Bonus

Complete your meaningful activity and daily check-in: +1 Stitch

The Daily Activity Bonus may be earned once per day. It is awarded in addition to any standard Stitches offered for completing that day’s specific mission.

Meaningful beta-testing activities may include:

Testing an assigned feature;
Completing a mission or activity inside the app;
Following a navigation path from beginning to end;
Identifying a technical problem, broken link, or display issue;
Testing a button, form, audio feature, sharing feature, or account function;
Reporting confusing language or instructions;
Identifying an accessibility or readability concern;
Reproducing a previously reported issue;
Providing a specific recommendation for improvement.

Blank, copied, repeated, unrelated, abusive, dishonest, or unverifiable submissions will not qualify.

2. Streak Milestone Bonuses

Consistency matters. Beta Angels who complete missions and submit their check-ins on consecutive days can earn additional Stitch bonuses.

Mission Streaks

3 consecutive active days: +3 Bonus Stitches
7 consecutive active days: +7 Bonus Stitches
10 consecutive active days: +10 Bonus Stitches
14 consecutive active days: +14 Bonus Stitches

Each streak milestone is awarded when it is reached.

Missing one day ends your current streak. However, missing a day does not remove you from the Beta Testing Mission. You may return the following day, begin a new streak, continue earning regular Stitches, and qualify for any smaller streak milestone that can still be completed during the testing period.

3. The Perfect Beta Streak

Any Beta Angel who successfully completes the required participation and check-in for all 14 consecutive days will receive:

14-Day Beta Angel Bonus

+20 Stitches

Special Recognition

Founding Beta Angel — 14-Day Complete Tester

The 20-Stitch Perfect Beta Bonus is awarded in addition to the regular Daily Activity Bonuses, daily mission Stitches, and earned streak milestone bonuses.

A Beta Angel who completes all 14 days may therefore earn:

14 Daily Activity Stitches;
The 3-Day, 7-Day, 10-Day, and 14-Day milestone bonuses;
The additional 20-Stitch Perfect Beta Bonus; and
Any standard Stitches assigned to individual daily missions.

Stitches are recognition points used as part of the Patchwork Angels™ Beta Testing Program. Stitches have no monetary or cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed.

4. Your Daily Mission Report

After completing the day’s assignment, submit your official Beta Angel Check-In.

Your check-in may ask:

Which mission or feature did you test?
What device did you use?
What worked correctly?
What did not work correctly?
Did you encounter a bug, error, delay, or crash?
Was anything confusing or difficult to find?
What would improve the experience?
Do you have a screenshot or screen recording?
Is there anything else the development team should know?

Please be as specific as possible. “It did not work” gives us very little information. Tell us where you were, what you selected, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

Mission Complete

Once your qualifying check-in has been received, your daily mission is complete and another stitch has been added to the quilt.

5. Final Evaluation and Grand Prize

At the conclusion of the 14-day mission, participants must submit a Final Beta Evaluation to DREAMTEAM Studios™ to complete the program and be considered for the Grand Prize.

The Final Beta Evaluation should contain:

A comprehensive list of technical issues or bugs observed;
The location of each issue within the app;
Steps that may help the team reproduce each issue;
The seriousness or severity of each issue;
Accessibility or readability concerns;
Features that were confusing or difficult to use;
Actionable recommendations for improvement;
Features or experiences that worked especially well; and
Final thoughts about the Patchwork Angels™ experience.

Selection Process

All eligible Final Beta Evaluations will be presented to the Patchwork Board for review.

The Board will vote to select the submission containing the most intuitive, specific, useful, and impactful feedback.

Entries will be evaluated based on:

Specificity and completeness;
Ability to help the team understand or reproduce reported issues;
Potential impact on the user experience;
Practical value of the recommendations;
Organization and clarity; and
Overall contribution to improving Patchwork Angels™.

The Grand Prize is based on the quality and usefulness of the Final Beta Evaluation. It is not automatically awarded to the participant with the most Stitches.

Grand Prize

The selected Beta Angel will receive:

$100 Store Credit

The store credit will be issued for [INSERT EXACT STORE OR WEBSITE].

The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping costs, or other expenses not expressly included with the prize. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, End Silence, Inc. may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Important Program and Contest Rules

Program Period

The official 14-day Beta Testing Mission begins at [TIME] Central Time on [START DATE] and ends at [TIME] Central Time on [END DATE].

Daily Check-Ins must be submitted by [DAILY DEADLINE AND TIME ZONE].

Final Beta Evaluations must be received by [FINAL DEADLINE AND TIME ZONE].

Submissions received after the applicable deadline may not qualify unless End Silence, Inc. determines that a documented technical problem with the app or official submission form prevented timely submission.

Eligibility

Participation is open to authorized Patchwork Angels™ beta testers who:

Are legal residents of [INSERT ELIGIBLE LOCATION—RECOMMENDED: THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA];
Are at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
Have been approved for the Patchwork Angels™ closed beta;
Have access to a compatible Android device;
Follow the Beta Testing Mission requirements; and
Agree to these rules.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Officers, directors, judges, and individuals directly responsible for administering or judging the contest are not eligible to win. Their immediate family and household members are also not eligible to win.

No Purchase or Donation Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.

A purchase, donation, public post, referral, rating, or review will not increase a participant’s opportunity to win.

Participants are encouraged to provide honest private feedback. No participant is required or encouraged to leave a positive Google Play rating, five-star review, public endorsement, or favorable statement about Patchwork Angels™.

Fair Participation

Each participant may submit one Daily Check-In per beta day and one Final Beta Evaluation.

End Silence, Inc. may verify entries and Stitch totals and may reject submissions that are fraudulent, automated, copied, incomplete, abusive, intentionally misleading, unrelated to the mission, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.

An accidental scoring or recordkeeping error may be reviewed and corrected. Attempts to interfere with the app, contest, submission forms, another participant, or the judging process may result in disqualification.

Judging and Ties

The Patchwork Board will review eligible Final Beta Evaluations and determine the winner based on the announced criteria.

If two or more entries receive equal consideration, the Board will first compare their potential impact on the user experience. If a tie remains, the Board will compare the usefulness and reproducibility of the reported issues. If a tie still remains, an additional qualified judge may review the tied entries using the same criteria.

A Board member or judge who entered the contest, assisted with an entry, lives with an entrant, or has another direct conflict of interest must not evaluate or vote on that entry.

The Board’s good-faith decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted through the email address or contact information provided with the Final Beta Evaluation.

The potential winner must respond within [NUMBER—RECOMMENDED: FIVE] calendar days and may be required to confirm identity, age, eligibility, and acceptance of the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, the Board may select the next highest-rated eligible submission.

The winner will be announced on or around [WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT DATE].

Privacy and Confidentiality

Information submitted through the Beta Testing Program will be used to administer the program, verify participation, evaluate feedback, contact the winner, and improve Patchwork Angels™.

Participants must not publicly distribute private testing links, passwords, login credentials, unreleased materials, confidential screenshots, security vulnerabilities, or another person’s private information.

Serious security, account-access, safety, or privacy concerns should be reported privately to support@EndSilence.net.

Participation is also subject to the End Silence, Inc. Privacy Policy available at [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY LINK].

Use of Feedback

Participants retain ownership of their original submissions.

By submitting beta feedback, participants grant End Silence, Inc. permission to review, copy, organize, adapt, incorporate, and use the submitted technical feedback and product recommendations for the development, testing, documentation, operation, and improvement of Patchwork Angels™.

Submitting beta feedback does not automatically grant permission to publicly use a participant’s photograph, voice, personal testimony, likeness, or private story. Separate permission will be obtained when necessary.

End Silence, Inc. is not required to implement every submitted recommendation and cannot guarantee that every reported issue will be corrected before release.

Technical Problems and Program Changes

Beta software may contain errors, incomplete features, interruptions, or unexpected behavior. Participants should not rely upon the beta app for emergency assistance, urgent safety needs, medical advice, legal advice, crisis intervention, or the permanent storage of important information.

If fraud, technical failure, security concerns, platform changes, events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances affect the fairness or safe administration of the program, End Silence, Inc. may reasonably modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel part or all of the program.

When practical, participants will be notified of significant changes.

Taxes and Other Responsibilities

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize and for any costs not expressly included in the prize description.

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, contractor, agency, or paid volunteer relationship between a participant and End Silence, Inc., DREAMTEAM Studios™, or Patchwork Angels™.

Platform Disclaimer

This program and contest are sponsored solely by End Silence, Inc.

They are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Google Play, Android, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Apple, or any other third-party platform through which the program may be announced or discussed.

Acceptance of the Mission

By participating, submitting a Daily Check-In, or submitting a Final Beta Evaluation, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow this Mission Guide and the Official Rules.

If promotional materials, daily mission messages, or informal announcements conflict with these Official Rules, the Official Rules will control.

Final Acknowledgment

Before submitting the Final Beta Evaluation, each participant must confirm:
