Our Story

​deZengoDESIGNS® began as a creative space built around design, storytelling, faith, and the belief that broken pieces can still become something beautiful.

​

But over time, the work grew.

The designs became messages.
The messages became conversations.
The conversations revealed pain that too many people had been carrying in silence.

What started as a creative business became the foundation for something much bigger: a survivor-centered mission committed to helping people feel seen, supported, believed, and reminded that their story is not over.

That mission became End Silence, Inc.

End Silence is the mission.

End Silence, Inc. exists to raise awareness of abuse, exploitation, coercive control, family violence, trafficking, emotional harm, and the many ways silence protects those who cause harm while isolating those who have survived it.

We believe healing begins where silence ends.

Our work is grounded in compassion, faith, education, practical support, creative advocacy, and the belief that every person deserves safety, dignity, truth, and the opportunity to rebuild.

We are here to help survivors take the next step, even when they do not yet know what that step should be.

Sometimes that begins with a conversation.

Sometimes it begins with education.

Sometimes it begins with a resource, a story, a prayer, a song, a book, a community, or simply hearing the words:

You are not alone.
You are not what happened to you.
Your voice matters.
Your life still has purpose.

deZengoDESIGNS® remains the creative engine behind much of the work created for End Silence, Inc.

Through visual storytelling, books, music, campaigns, educational materials, survivor resources, digital tools, videos, merchandise, and faith-centered content, deZengoDESIGNS helps transform difficult truths into something people can see, understand, share, and remember.

Creativity is not separate from the mission.

It is one of the ways we reach people.

A design can start a conversation.
A story can help someone recognize abuse.
A song can say what a survivor cannot yet put into words.
A resource can help someone identify the next safe step.
A character can teach compassion in a way that reaches both children and adults.

Every creative piece is made with purpose.

The Patchwork Oniverse tells the stories.

The Patchwork Oniverse™ is our storytelling world—a place where wounded, rejected, misunderstood, and forgotten characters discover that they still have value.

Through characters such as Penny, Pearl, Petunia, and others, difficult subjects are approached with compassion, imagination, faith, and hope.

These stories are not created to ignore pain.

They are created to help people walk through it.

The Patchwork Oniverse reminds us that scars do not make a life worthless, rejection does not determine identity, and no broken piece is beyond redemption.

The First Stitch is where learning begins.

The First Stitch™ Learning Center provides faith-based education, biblical study, reflection, Soul Work, and practical tools for personal growth.

The name reflects something we believe deeply:

Healing does not always begin with a giant step.

Sometimes it begins with the first stitch.

One honest question.
One prayer.
One boundary.
One truth accepted.
One step toward safety.
One decision to stop carrying everything alone.

One stitch could change everything.

Survivor support is at the heart of the work.

End Silence offers survivor consultations, support pathways, memberships, educational resources, community connection, faith-based encouragement, and guidance toward practical next steps.

We are not here to tell survivors what they must do.

We are here to listen, help them organize what they are facing, identify available options, connect them with helpful resources, and remind them that they still have choices.

Our support is survivor-centered, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in dignity.

We understand that healing is not always quick, simple, or linear.

It is personal.

It happens one decision, one truth, one boundary, one resource, and one stitch at a time.

Why we do this

We do this because too many people have been silenced.

Too many children have grown into adults carrying wounds no one helped them understand.

Too many survivors have been blamed, dismissed, doubted, shamed, or told to remain quiet for the comfort of others.

Too many people have believed they were the only one.

They are not.

We believe that when survivors are heard, educated, supported, and given access to meaningful resources, cycles can be interrupted.

Adults can heal.

Children can be better protected.

Families can learn healthier patterns.

Communities can become safer.

Silence can end.

We stand for truth without cruelty.

Faith without judgment.

Compassion without enabling harm.

Support without taking away a survivor’s voice.

Education that helps people recognize what they are experiencing.

Creativity that makes difficult truths easier to understand.

Community that reminds people they do not have to walk alone.

Armor Up means becoming spiritually, emotionally, and practically equipped.

Heal Beautifully means understanding that healing does not erase the scars—it gives them new meaning.

We are building a place where advocacy, faith, creativity, education, storytelling, and survivor support come together.

Not because every story is the same.

But because every voice matters.

Every piece has purpose.
