Cancellation Policy

**Survivor Consultation Policy** The Survivor Consultation is a private 30-minute support session priced at **$59**. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise approved in writing. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered used and may not qualify for a refund or replacement session. This consultation provides peer support, encouragement, faith-based guidance, education, resource navigation, and help identifying practical next steps. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, case management, emergency assistance, or crisis intervention. No specific outcome or continued service is guaranteed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a safe, private way to participate. Respectful communication is required. End Silence, Inc. may end a session if communication becomes threatening, abusive, inappropriate, or outside the scope of the service. Information shared will be treated with care and discretion. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when disclosure is required by law or when there is an immediate concern involving serious harm, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable person, or danger to someone’s safety. Additional consultations, programs, packages, referrals, or services are not included in the $59 fee and must be scheduled or purchased separately. Payments are generally nonrefundable once the consultation has begun or after a missed appointment, except where required by law. By booking, the client confirms that they understand and accept this policy.
